Virtual Personal Training Session
Don't want to pay the prices for a personal trainer at the gym. I don't blame you. Our virtual personal training sessions provide videos and step by step guidance for your workout session. The exercises are tailored to your individual needs. I can participate with you during the workouts via Skype or Google Hangouts. I can also send you the videos in advance and walk you through the exercises on the phone before, during and after the workout. My clients have used this training method both at home and in the gym and have found it to be very effective!
